Steps for Completion
Turn on the oven to 375°F.
Unwrap the chicken and remove the giblets pack (if its there). Do NOT rinse off the chicken. This does nothing except get salmonella all around your sink and counter.
Sprinkle seasoning on top of the chicken. Put some extra salt and pepper into the butt of the chicken.
Put chicken on the baking rack in your casserole dish.
Bake chicken in the oven. Turn it down to 350°F after 10 minutes. Check on it after an hour and 15.
